A few days ago a semi truck pulling an LP gas tank tried to cram itself under a bridge that was too low for it. Reality, physics and chemistry did their thing, resulting in a gigantic fireball and whole lot of horribly injured and dead people. This was monumentally *stupid.* It’s all fun and games watching low bridges eat trucks that are too tall… until the trucks explode and kill dozens.

This Twitter thread has a number of vids of the incident as it happened and afterwards. The “after” vids, like the first one above behind the “potentially sensitive content” warning, tend to have a lot of stuff burred out. I’ve seen the full uncensored version of that vid and, damn. Not safe for work, life, a comfortable night’s sleep.
